With no role-play!\nThe workshop focuses on the human aspects of leadership\, including communication\, expectations\, feedback and supporting wellbeing at work.\nParticipants are encouraged to reflect on their leadership approach and learn through discussion and shared experience\, building practical skills they can apply immediately in their roles.\n\nThis workshop supports sustainable employment outcomes by strengthening leadership capability\, engagement and retention. \n\n\nHow the learning supports:Ourselves – leadership confidence and self-awarenessOthers – support\, fairness and clear communicationOrganisation – capable leaders\, engaged staff and healthy workplace culture. \n\n\n\n\nThe Better Workplace series supports leaders\, staff and employers to be the best they can be at work. It gives an insight into what makes a workplace attractive for new staff\, and what might help current staff to stay.
