About This Service
We run a community based day activity programme for older adults living with a carer or living alone in the community and younger adults with long term chronic health conditions. We operate 3 days a week, offering relief for carers / socialisation / stimulating activities and fun outings. Our dedicated staff care deeply about their clients. Morning tea, midday meal and dessert is provided.
